2. Tour Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
• By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Confirmation emails will be sent to the address provided during booking
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+)

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation
• We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer cancellations:

• Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the tour are eligible for a 100% refund
• Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the tour are eligible for a 75% refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable

Company cancellations:

If Adrian's Coffee Tour must cancel due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling your tour.

Refunds will be processed through PayPal within 5–10 business days.

5. Tour Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. The following policies apply to tour rescheduling requests:

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time
• All rescheduling is subject to availability on your desired new date and time
• To reschedule, please contact us at contact@adrianscoffeetour.com with your booking details
• We cannot guarantee that your preferred alternative date/time will be available
• If no alternative dates are available, our standard cancellation policy will apply

Note: Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is always subject to availability.

6. Pricing and Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify tour prices, schedules, and descriptions at any time without prior notice
• Changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid
• All prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, logos, images, videos, graphics, and design — is the property of Adrian's Coffee Tour or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Adrian's Coffee Tour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• You assume all risks associated with participation in coffee tours
